The first floor has a large great room where the kitchen, living and dining areas all flow together and open out onto the first floor deck; a great place to catch some rays. There are two bedrooms on the first floor (Q and 2T) each with their own bathrooms. The second floor consists of the master suite with its own sitting area and three walls of windows! The French doors open up onto the large, wrap around second floor balcony. The remaining two bedrooms (Qs) also have private baths and open onto the porch.
